NVivo Server System Requirements

For multiple users to work in one NVivo 10 project at the same time, you will need to ensure you meet the hardware and software requirements for both NVivo Server 10 and NVivo 10.

Processor 1.2 GHz Pentium III-compatible processor (32-bit) or 1.4 GHz Pentium 4 - compatible processor (64-bit) 2.0 GHz Pentium 4-compatible processor or faster
Memory 2 GB RAM 4 GB RAM or more
Operating System Microsoft Windows Server 2003 SP2 (Web editions of Windows Server are not supported). Microsoft Windows Server 2003 SP2 or later, Microsoft Windows Server 2008, Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 or Microsoft Windows Server 2012. Both 32-bit and 64-bit editions of these operating systems are supported. (Web editions of Windows Server are not supported).
Hard Disk Approximately 5 GB of available hard-disk space, or more depending on data storage needs. Approximately 20 GB of available hard-disk space, or more depending on data storage needs.
CPU Intel x86-compatible (32-bit) processors and Intel x64-compatible (64-bit) processors are supported (Itanium (64-bit) processors are not supported) Intel x86-compatible (32-bit) processors and Intel x64-compatible (64-bit) processors are supported (Itanium (64-bit) processors are not supported)
Web Browser Internet Explorer 7 (or later), Google Chrome 6 (or later), or Firefox 3.6 (or later) is required to access NVivo Server Manager. Internet Explorer 7 (or later), Google Chrome 6 (or later), or Firefox 3.6 (or later) is required to access NVivo Server Manager.
