We work on isolating and fixing every issue with Interpris that we’re aware of. We can’t guarantee timelines in fixing them and some issues might not be listed here. We’ll add tips for alternative approaches as we discover them. For further questions regarding Known Issues, please contact us here.
The first 100 questions per page will be imported from SurveyMonkey.
Tip: This limit was introduced by SurveyMonkey when they introduced Version 3 of their API. If you have a survey before this change, then please update the pagination before importing.
Refer to SurveyMonkey limits ( https://help.surveymonkey.com/articles/en_US/kb/Are-there-limits-in-SurveyMonkey-such-as-survey-design-or-character-limits )
The first 255 supported questions of a survey are imported into Interpris.
Tip: If you have a multi-select question with lots of responses, then this counts as one question per response. So, you may find you have more questions than you think.
If you encounter a screen like the following during an update, this is a known issue and may affect some users who are currently running earlier versions of Interpris.
Please uninstall and reinstall Interpris. You will then be asked to reactivate. All future updates should now run successfully.
